Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Members
The Annual General Meeting of the Members of Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility will be held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
All members wishing to participate in the AGM must register for this meeting no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025.
The Annual General Meeting is a business meeting only. Items that are on the agenda are the only items that will be discussed.

Each individual Wavefront Centre Member is entitled to attend and cast one vote. Members who are unable to attend the meeting may vote by means of electronic proxy. Since this is a virtual meeting, the proxy by default will be the Chair of the meeting, who will act in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy.
Proxy forms must be completed online and submitted to the Society no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025.
